The day after graduating from the University of Warsaw, I started the work as a waitress in one of the best restaurants in Warsaw. And I enjoyed it so much, that I work in catering until today.

An educated political scientist, and a restaurateur with passion.

I went through the next stages: waiter, head waiter, manager assistant, manager, general manager. And then I established my own catering company, which has recently got a new name: “Slow Catering MG”.

In August this year, I established Slow Bistro “Pół Żartem Pół Serio”.

This is a place for all those who love eating.

Who enjoy exploring new tastes, and at the same time appreciate culinary traditions.
